All Lucidream orders are shipped from Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
We process and ship orders Monday to Friday, 9am to 3pm EST. Orders will be processed within 24-48 hours on business days.
Pre-order items & items available on backorder
Orders containing items marked for pre-order, and items on backorder, will ship only when all items are in stock and available for shipping. No partial shipments will be made.
Shipping cost varies with each shipping destination and shipping method. This cost is determined during the checkout process. (NOTE: Shipping cost quoted during checkout does not include any applicable import duties or taxes. See “Duties & taxes” below).
For many destinations, both Economy and Express shipping options are available.
Duties & taxes
Domestic shipments: We collect sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in Canada.
International shipments: Import duties and taxes are the responsibilities of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost of the order. These fees will be due at the time of delivery to the customer.
All Lucidream Shop orders are shipped using methods that include a tracking number and require a signature upon delivery. Following shipment, customers will receive a shipping notification e-mail that includes a tracking number to track the package online.
Orders are typically shipped using the following methods:
Domestic shipments: Canada Post Xpresspost or FedEx
International shipments: DHL Worldwide
Occasionally, Lucidream will be required to ship using a service other than those specified above. The service used will be specified in the shipping notification e-mail.
Delivery time varies depending on destination and shipping method (Economy vs. Express), but the majority of shipments reach their destination 2-5 business days after shipment date. For international shipments, note that this timeline excludes possible customs delays.
We do not ship to the following countries: Russia, China, Iraq and Philippines.
We do not ship on weekends or observed Canadian holidays.
All our shipments require signature upon delivery. As such, we cannot ship to addresses that are PO boxes (or similar).
