Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our products and our customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from the Lucidream Shop, you may return or exchange products as per our Returns & Exchanges policy described below.
Standard Return Policy
You may return or exchange your Lucidream items within 15 calendar days of receipt of your order. Items must be in their original condition and original packaging.
To initiate the return/exchange process, please contact the Lucidream Team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your Shop order number. Our team will e-mail you complete instructions on how to return your products by mail, and send you a copy of the Lucidream Return Authorization Form, which must be included with the returned goods.
Note that returned orders must be traceable. Please inform the Lucidream Team of this tracking number when returning your order.
Pre-orders & Items on Backorder
You may request a full refund on undelivered pre-orders or backorders within 60 days from the date of order.
For undelivered pre-orders and backorders older than 60 days, you may request a partial refund of 90% due to banking and transaction fees.
Items in undelivered pre-orders or backorders may be exchanged at any time.
To request a refund or exchange for any undelivered pre-orders and backorders, please contact the Lucidream Team at email@example.com with your Shop order number.
Holiday Return Policy
All in-stock items purchased in the Lucidream Shop between November 25 and December 25 may be returned through January 8 (two weeks from December 25). Please note that all other terms and conditions described herein are still applicable with respect to such items purchased. All purchases made after December 25 are subject to the Standard Return Policy.
Holiday returns must be postmarked no later than January 8.
The Lucidream Team processes refunds on weekdays between 9am and 4pm EST. If we receive your returned item between these times, a refund is processed immediately. Returned items received on weekdays after 4pm EST will be processed for refund the next business day.
We process all our refunds through PayPal. To successfully receive your refund, please ensure you have an e-mail account that is eligible to receive PayPal transactions.
We refund shipping costs only for returned items that violate our warranty policy.
